Southville is a 'safe bet'

This week's Venue magazine (no 857) has a feature on the best places to live in Bristol and Bath and where will survive the recession. In south Bristol it is Southville that comes out on top as a 'safe bet'. The best bits according to Venue is 'world-class theatre' at the Tobacco Factory, breakfast at the Lounge and 'proper-job' shops in North Street. Venue rekons that 'the archetypal Southville three-bed terrace' is worth £230-£240k.
